On December 17, 2025, I had Lapidus surgery. Eight implants in total. I had a foot deformity. The pain lasted roughly a week. In April, I walked 45 km. I currently play tennis. I have no complaints at all. I waited until now to write my review. Dr. Jackowiak operated on me. In December, unfortunately, I will have the other, also complicated, foot done. I recommend him.

After a botched bunion operation at a clinic near Warsaw, I found Halluxmed. Frankly, I am delighted with everything I experienced there. Brilliant doctors, highly responsible and professional guidance throughout the preparation process, and a world-class procedure itself. The nurses, clinic staff, and everyone working there are very open, and their approach to their work and desire to care for patients are admirable. This is my second stay at this hospital (the previous one was five years ago, and I also had a bunion operated on then), and if necessary, I would return once again. The high standard covers everything from admission to the hospital, through the procedure itself, to the stay on the ward. Kindness and attentiveness accompanied me every moment at the clinic; the staff were exceptionally helpful, and I felt very well looked after. The cheerful atmosphere on the ward rubs off on patients. The experience and professionalism of the doctor who performed the operation meant I do not remember it as a traumatic experience; he answered all my questions, and the operation went without any problems. It will not be easy to describe my impressions after the consultation, my impressions of the procedure itself at the clinic, or those after my stay on the hospital ward. I simply lack sufficiently lofty words to fully express my respect and gratitude to the entire staff for the kindness shown to me. From the very beginning, upon crossing the clinic's threshold, I encountered smiles and kindness, followed by examinations using professional equipment operated by friendly, qualified staff. Admission to the ward and preparation for the procedure were stress-free, and the procedure itself was painless. My stay on the ward was beyond reproach; the food was delicious, hot drinks were available on request, and nursing care was of the highest standard. Halluxmed—I definitely recommend it. Pain-free and focused on the patient. Care at the highest level. After the procedure, the doctor checks on the patient several times a day. Care on the ward is great—with smiles, concern, and a patient-centered approach. Nothing is too much trouble, even making a patient tea—seemingly nothing, yet so much at such moments. The effects of the operation will become clear in time.

Almost four months after my operation, I would like to share my opinion of the clinic. I underwent surgery for four bunions at once (two on the big toes and two on the little toes). Despite my many concerns, I am glad I made this decision. I am very pleased with the results of the operation! From the very beginning, I was clearly informed about the entire treatment process and its costs. The initial assessment additionally included a foot load-bearing examination, and it is worth emphasizing that this is the only place in the country where such an examination is taken into account at all. The price of the operation was not excessive either.

I left the hospital an hour ago, so we have to wait for the results (bunion). But I would like to share my opinion of the care and staff. I definitely recommend having surgery at this hospital. The approach to the patient is very individual; after the procedure, doctors, an anesthesiologist, and nurses visited several times a day. Everyone performs their duties professionally and with dedication. They explain everything, and they are smiling and kind. The doctors control the pain as best they can; in fact, I felt no pain for two days after the procedure. I will probably struggle a little at home, but if the result is good, it will truly be worth it. And one reflection: I will certainly have my other foot done there. I recommend it.

This December will mark four years since my operation. The bunions on both feet were removed, along with a major change in the joint of the second toe. Previously, I could not walk without pain. I recommend the clinic 100%. I am 12 weeks after bunion surgery on one foot. After two months I returned to work; I walk, nothing hurts or swells, and everything is great! I had no pain from the very beginning. I took painkillers for only five days, then stopped because it did not hurt, so why take them? Next year I am going to have the other foot done. Staff get a 6!!!!

I had bunion surgery on January 3, 2024, on both feet at once. After 12 days, nothing hurts me, and immediately after the operation I had no pain either. Saying that this procedure is extremely painful and that the feet hurt terribly is a “fairy tale.” Today I had my first postoperative visit, and guess what—everything is fine. Hello everyone. Today is the fifth day after surgery on both legs for advanced bunions. The pain is almost negligible; I am still taking painkillers as the doctor instructed, walking only to the bathroom and exclusively in postoperative shoes. I was very afraid of both the visit to the clinic and the procedure itself, and honestly I do not know why I was afraid.
